PhD Summer Camp 2025

AJC06 is delighted to invite you to the 2025 Summer Camp, an exceptional event for PhD candidates, held on 6 and 7 September 2025 on the island of Sainte-Marguerite, off Cannes.

Why take part? This weekend by the sea is a unique chance to:

• Meet other PhD candidates in a friendly atmosphere.
• Try rewarding activities such as paddleboarding or sailing.
• Take part in workshops on popularising research and communicating it to the general public.
• Recharge and connect outside the academic setting.

Practical information:

• Dates: 6 and 7 September 2025
• Place: Lérins Islands (Sainte-Marguerite, Cannes)
• Price: €15 (transport, accommodation, meals and activities included)
• Places: only 35 participants (selection according to the criteria below)

Selection: To ensure fairness and diversity, participants will be selected according to:

1. Representation of the doctoral schools
2. Gender balance
3. Priority to new participants
4. A random draw
